CityWide Permits allows the complete record of a building permit to be stored in one system along with digital drawings, payment information, applicant information and property information. Inspectors can access their personal task lists, violation histories, property records and previous inspection results. 
 
Some of the key features of the system include: 
 
  • Users can access information on properties, including; addresses, roll numbers, assessed value, zoning square footage, etc. 
  • Fee management, enabling users to manage permit fees, development charges, etc. 
  • Ability to find existing property, applicant (property owner, builder/contractor, designer, other), project info – status, application date, permit type, days to issue permit, construction type, current use vs intended use, plans, project value, sq ft. Permit fees, development charges.
